All care is taken when packing your order to ensure your items are safe when leaving The Hamper Shed. We are not responsible for any damages once your package has left our hands. If you have any issues with the quality of your package please contact us and we will take it up with Australia Post.

All items are shipped using Australia post. In some instances a courier may be used.
Delivery charges start at $8.95 are calculated at checkout by weight.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, The Hamper Shed will not guarantee that goods will not be damaged as a result of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances which are out of The Hamper Shed's control, such as damage sustained during delivery, theft or delay that results in a parcel not arriving at the intended delivery address at the intended time and place.

Deliveries are made on Monday - Friday. If an order is placed over the weekend it will dispatched on Monday.
A signature will not be required upon delivery.

If the parcel is to be delivered to a business address please give instructions as to where to leave the gift e.g. at reception desk.

Every parcel The Hamper Shed send is given a unique tracking link which is emailed to the recipient when the parcel is collected. We do not include invoices with our deliveries as these packages are gifts. However, an invoice will be sent to the sender after checkout.
