If you wish to cancel your order, please email The Hamper Shed immediately after placing your order at hello@thehampershed.com.au.

Cancellations will only be made if the hamper has not yet been collected by the courier service.

If The Hamper Shed honours your request for a cancellation, a full refund will be provided to the card used to purchase the gift.

The Hamper Shed will not provide a refund for deliveries that are late due to the issue being out of our control.

As we take every care to package your hamper in a protective manner to ensure its safety during delivery, we will take no responsibility if the goods are damaged in transit.
